The “Panda” is back in the game – almost. One of my fantastic friends who is a lot more mechanically agile than I am found  some cables that caused the whole thing to short-circuit. Now it is at least possible to start however the fuel filter needs replacing and so does the starter engine.  So there is again some hope !!!
